Client Sales Representative
The Client Sales Representative is responsible for revenue growth and client satisfaction within the OmniVue client base. This person serves as the main contact for our clients to interact with when they have questions about the technologies that we represent.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: meeting with our clients to educate them on the Microsoft Platform, marketing to OmniVue clients, developing sales strategies to penetrate accounts, and closing sales within our client base. This is a farmer role.
The Client Sales Representative must have a bachelors degree and a combination of pre-sales and 3-5 years outside software sales experience. This person must have a proven record of over quota performance, be able to call upon C-level prospective accounts, and articulate return-on-investment scenarios and value propositions. Additional responsibilities include lead generation, opportunity qualification, presentations to multiple levels within an organization, negotiation and deal closure.

Senior Sales Representative
The Senior Sales Representative will drive the sales of our managed financial and operational software products and services. This person will be responsible for aggressively building OmniVue’s market share in the Southeast middle-market ($25M - $500M).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: prospecting, developing sales strategies to penetrate accounts, and closing sales for our account opportunities. This is a hunter role.

Project Manager
A Project Manager will be required to do the following:
- Manage full implementation life cycle for multiple projects at any given time
- Create project plans utilizing documented implementation methodology and maintain the plans throughout the project
- Prepare detailed status reports and lead status meetings
- Manage a defined scope of work, keeping close track of budget versus actual hours used and enforcing a change management process when necessary
- Guide project teams consisting of one or more consultants performing detailed tasks
- Attend and actively participate in internal PMO meetings
- Perform other PM tasks as necessary
A Project Manager should possess the following skills:
- Organization; ability to manage many tasks at all times
- Prioritization; ability to evaluate importance of tasks based on several variables

A Project Manager should have the following experience and certifications:

Client Application Manager
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is to manage client relationships by proactively managing their applications and providing a high level of customer service oriented support for hosted and non-hosted client applications
- Responsible for all aspects of application management including system maintenance, ensuring that backups are complete, scheduling and managing upgrades, addressing any client user problems, etc.
- Responsible for client management in the hosting and remotely managed environment and for ensuring high levels of application stability and client satisfaction
- Maintenance and delivery of regular hosting summaries
- Primary point of responsibility for SLA management including response times and escalation process
- Identify future business needs for managed clients and work with appropriate internal resources to fulfill client requests

In this role, you will be responsible for business process reviews and the implementation of processes, solutions and products to meet and exceed our clients' objectives. Providing pre-sales and post-sales presentation support. Configuring and training on Great Plains product, migrating from other business applications to Great Plains.
Qualified individuals will have 5+ years of Information Systems experience, with at least 3 years of IT consulting experience. Experience with implementing Great Plains is required. Project management certification is a plus. Great Plains Masters certification is a plus. Experience working with manufacturers and distributors is a plus. Responsibilities:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Senior Consultant
We're seeking a self-starter who needs only minimal supervision and posseses a genuine desire to solve business problems while working with clients on a daily basis. Client involvement will include:
- incorporating internal business tools such as Microsoft CRM, SQL reporting services, Integration tools to reduce data entry into multiple systems
- developing end-user and management processes that enhance accuracy and trustworthiness of data input into systems
- training users functional and technical aspects of tools
- being accountable (takes personal ownership) for all aspects of project including:
- Initiating, scheduling meetings with internal or customer resources
- Keeping open and up-front communications with project manager on status, road-blocks, project plan deadlines slipping etc*
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Ability to adapt to end-user's different learning styles and become flexible with how to deliver training, gather requirements, etc*

Technical skills
- 1+ year daily hands on experience as power user or system administrator of Microsoft CRM 1.2 or 3.0
- Working knowledge and experience with installing c360 add-on products
- Knowledge of personally using eConnect for Microsoft GP integrations (either through self-written t-sql or via use of an integration tool such as Scribe)
- 1+ year consistent use of Scribe Insight and supporting adapters
- 3+ years working with Microsoft SQL server using SQL server in at least one of the following ways on a consistent daily basis:
- Developing t-sql queries, stored procs, triggers, automation of processes etc
- As a SQL server database administrator
- Using Query Analyzer (or other t-sql development tool) to support application(s) by querying databases for analysis, updates, automating processes etc*
