Job Summary
Due to continued success and steady growth, we have an immediate need for an experienced Dynamics CRM implementation consultant to join our CRM team. This is a client facing position and the ideal candidate will have project management experience as well as being part of pre-sales and business process evaluation. You will be responsible for doing customizations, custom workflows, plugins and must have experience with MS CRM SDK, Net, Jscript, Scribe, and SSIS. You will be responsible for Dynamics CRM programming as well as consulting. You will be required to go over business requirements, work with the design, configuration and lead others through the testing phase.
You must have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the migration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 implementation to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
  • Configure and administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 environment as needed. Implement and deploy CRM 2011.
  • Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze requirements and design solutions that fit into the organization’s enterprise architecture.
  • Configure the application to meet a client’s requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Took, or SDK.
  • Understand the functional requirements and identify limitations for out of box functionality as well as custom code.
  • Provide functional user training and technical training.
  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications.
  • Develop data conversion and testing strategies.

Education, Certifications and Experience:

  • 4-year degree in business, MIS or equivalent
  • 5+ years software development experience on the Microsoft .NET platform
  • 5+ years’ experience implementing large packaged CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, SalesForce.com, SalesLogix, or Pivotal) required
  • 5+ years web development experience working with HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • 5+ years software development experience on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (XRM) platform (3.0, 4.0, 2011 experience preferred)
  • Experience creating CRM plugins, custom workflows activities, CRM SDK, .NET Web Services
  • Experience with advanced web development technologies used with the XRM platform would be preferred, including REST, JSON, WCF, Silverlight, oData, jQuery
  • Experience with upgrading from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011 would be helpful
  • Scribe experience preferred
  • SharePoint experience would be a bonus
  • Significant experience with sales management, marketing, and/or customer service processes preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification preferred
  • Ability to understand, communicate, and interpret client business processes and requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands
  • Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation – including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts
  • Fluent in English – both written and verbal – mandatory
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with little supervision
