Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate business with existing clients in mid-sized to Fortune 2000 enterprises.
  • Maintain a strong, qualified new business pipeline (from client base) adequate to support the business objectives.
  • Owning client satisfaction, insuring a positive working relationship, long-term retention, and the ability to use the client for references.
  • Maintain knowledge on industry trends, competition and company products.
  • Always be available to the client and identify new business opportunities, customers, markets and potential products.
  • Maintain, retain, enlighten and upsell within client base.
  • Effectively manage a complex sale cycle; including qualification, sale strategy development, coordination of the engagement team, negotiating and closing.
  • Credibly deliver our value proposition for providing business improvements to company executives.
  • Manage relationships with consultants, influencers and Microsoft Sales Professionals.
  • Establish and maintain qualified sales pipeline of a minimum of 3X annual sales target.
  • Adopt OmniVue processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience selling or managing accounts with Mid-Tier/Tier-1 ERP solutions (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, BAAN, PeopleSoft, JDE).
  • Strong industry knowledge of Supply Chain / Distribution business models.
  • Ability to consultatively sell in a complex sales cycle, working collaboratively with pre-sales and consulting resources.
  • A history of successfully meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • A documented track record of selling six and seven figure solutions. 
  • Solid understanding of Sales Methodology.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral (including group presentations/sales presentations).
  • The ability to determine, create interest and qualify business opportunities; and to understand and align with C-level decision makers.
  • Must be able to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and build and manage pipeline with a strong sales process and analytical orientation.
  • Professionalism and integrity; you must represent the brand of our company.
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Executive level presence and influence with client organizations.
  • A strong desire to win, yet have the utmost of integrity during the sales process.
  • Self-motivated with good team spirit.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
